Terms and conditions for using JYG1 Ltd.’s website

These terms and conditions manage the order, way and conditions for using the website www.villaeuphoria.bg, owned by JYG1 EOOD. JYG1 EOOD is hereby keeping the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any given time, publishing those changes in due time on the website www.villaeuphoria.bg together with a message about the changes. 

1. General terms.

Given the current General terms the enlisted concepts are used with the following meaning:

• JYG 1 EOOD is a trade entity registered in the Commercial Register under the Registry Agency, holding a unified identification code (UIC) 200187954, Law on VAT ID number: BG200187954, with premises and address of management: Kardjali, 22 G. Kondolov Str, entr. A, offering for sales products and services through the information presented on the website www.villaeuphoria.bg.
• www.villaeuphoria.bg is a website with representative information about the services of hotel accommodation of JYG 1 EOOD.

II. Booking.

JYG EOOD is the sole provider of information on accommodating and servicing in the hotel premises. All bookings are being processed on the phone +359 888 80 93 64 and via email hotel@villaeuphoria.bg 

III. Accommodation. 

• package prices for accommodation are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) per night and include: comfortable bedding and delicious breakfast, free access to the swimming pools, chaise longues, entertaining children’s corner for children aged 3 to 11,99, outdoor parking space, free Wi-Fi in the lounge area as well as the hotel rooms, tourist fee of 9% VAT. 
• Maximum number of bookings – regular and extra beds, as follows:

• Luxe Room – 2 adults (2 regular beds) + 1 child up to 3 years of age in a cot
• Deluxe Room – 2 adults (2 regular beds) + 1 child up to 11,99 years of age on an extra bed (sofa bed)
• Deluxe Plus Room – 2 adults (2 regular beds) + 1 child up to 11,99 years of age on an extra bed (sofa bed)
• One-bedroom flat – 4 adults (4 regular beds) + 2 children up to 11,99 years of age on an extra bed or 3 adults + 1 child up to 11,99 years old
• Two-bedroom flat – 4 adults (4 regular beds) + 2 children up to 11,99 years of age on an extra bed or 5 adults + 1 child up to 11,99 years old

• Children and an extra adult accommodation policy:
  • The guest uses 10% discount on the package for a single accommodation
  • Children of up to 5,99 years of age are being accommodated free of charge with both their fully charged parents according to the aforementioned room capacity. For children up to 2,99 years old we provide baby cots free of charge equipped with clean sheets upon demand.
  • For a child between 6 and 11,99 years of age extra BGN 20 are being charged per night.
  • For one child up to 5,99 years of age and a second one from 6 to 11,99 years of age accommodated with an adult, the price of the room equals the price for a double booking.
  • For one adult and 2 children from 6 to 11,99 years old the price is calculated as per two adults.
  • A child from 0 to 11,99 years old on a regular bed in a room with a single adult is being accommodated free of charge, and the room is charged as a single booking.
  • A third adult in a Deluxe Room and one-bedroom flat for an extra bed BGN 40 are being charged per night.
• Booking, cancellation and payment terms valid for the package:
  • The prices are valid for prepayment of bookings for one night without free cancellation 7 or fewer days before the accommodation date.
  • The prices are valid for online bookings at www.villaeuphoria.bg or else a written application sent to hotel@villaeuphoria .bg.
  • The hotel retains the right to change prices at official and national holidays. 
• Accommodation and vacating times:

The accommodating at Villa Euphoria hotel is done after 2 pm. The rooms need to be vacated by 11 am. Early accommodation and late departure is being serviced depending on the hotel staff availability and is charged extra after arrangements with Reception in advance. 

For matters not settled in the hereby presented General Terms the laws and provisions are being abode by according to the legislation in force.
